Barometric Pressure and Migraine: A Simple Tracking Log

Pressure changes may be relevant for some people, but a forecast alone cannot explain an attack. Tracking the direction and timing of a change alongside sleep and other triggers gives you a better test.

Log the pressure context

  • Rising or falling pressure
  • When the shift began
  • Sleep and hydration the night before
  • First migraine symptom and later recovery

Review several weather cycles before calling a pattern reliable.
