Barometric Pressure and Migraine: A Simple Tracking Log
Pressure changes may be relevant for some people, but a forecast alone cannot explain an attack. Tracking the direction and timing of a change alongside sleep and other triggers gives you a better test.

- Rising or falling pressure
- When the shift began
- Sleep and hydration the night before
- First migraine symptom and later recovery
Review several weather cycles before calling a pattern reliable.
