Migraine Screen Sensitivity: What to Track and Adjust
Screen sensitivity can be part of migraine before, during, or after head pain. A useful log distinguishes the screen itself from glare, long work blocks, missed breaks, sleep loss, and other factors that may be stacking together.
What to track
- Brightness, contrast, glare, and fluorescent lighting
- Length of screen blocks and breaks
- Eye strain, nausea, dizziness, or light sensitivity
- What changed after dimming, resting, or leaving the screen
Use the pattern to test small adjustments, not to blame yourself for needing a screen-based job or life.
