Vestibular Migraine: What to Track When the Room Feels Off
Vestibular migraine can involve dizziness, rocking, motion sensitivity, nausea, or visual overload, sometimes with little or no head pain. Naming the feeling and timing helps a clinician understand the pattern.
Track the movement context
- Spinning, rocking, imbalance, or motion sensitivity
- Visual, travel, or position changes around symptoms
- Nausea, head pain, and sensory sensitivity
- Start, duration, and recovery time
New severe neurological symptoms or a very different pattern deserve prompt medical advice.
